Canine Parvovirus in Dogs

One of the diseases that affects dogs is known as Parvovirus (or parvovirus). This is a very characteristic disease in these animals because it spreads rapidly among themselves. This virus primarily attacks the digestive tract of pets, bringing heavy breakdowns that result in diarrhea and vomiting.
This disease is very common to see dogs in the street. It is spread through contact with the feces of other infected dogs, so it’s a vicious circle: the infected dog defecates, other animal waste and delving into their spreads, rapidly expanding the arrival of the virus.
One of the most important points to keep in mind is that the canine parvovirus is not contagious to others. This means that a human can not catch the disease by collecting dog waste, and other animals are safe.
